what should I expect?
You will find our campus user-friendly from the moment you drive in. We have placed plenty of signage both indoors and outdoors to help guide you on your first visit. Here's what you can expect:
If you have children, you will find signage outside Building 2 (The smaller building) directing you to the children's registration center. After registering, Nursery children are cared for by a welcoming, well-trained nursery staff and your other kids (through 6th grade) will be escorted to our exciting Kid's Church. If you prefer to have your kids join you in the Adult Service on your first visit, that is fine.
Dress? We run the gamut. Most dress casual. Some dress business casual, and some even in suits and dresses. In the summertime, we see lots of shorts and Hawaiin shirts. We are here to worship God, and all modest clothing is appropriate to approach Him.
You'll see friendly people hosting the Welcome Center as soon as you walk into the main building. They can answer your questions or give you specific directions as needed. Or you can pass them by and enter the auditorium and find a comfortable seat.
Finally, after the church service, swing by the Welcome Center - we have a gift for you as well as a coffee and donut card! Baristas are waiting to craft you a coffee in Holy Grounds. This relaxed atmosphere gives us the opportunity to become acquainted.
You can expect about 30 minutes of worship songs and about the same amount of time for the sermon. To get an idea of what a service feels like, click here.
We have purposely simplified our weekly activities at Legacy LIfe to include Three Main Ministry Events each week. In this manner, the remainder of the week is freed up to do what the church does best ... Go and share this amazing life of Christ with others!
